服務(wù)內(nèi)容:
1.Handle consumers' installation needs, guide consumers to check and prepare installation conditions, and dispatch installation visit orders
受理用戶安裝服務(wù)需求,幫助消費(fèi)者了解并準(zhǔn)備好安裝環(huán)境,并指派安裝工單;
2.Handle repair needs, help consumers try troubleshooting and provide remote technical support or dispatch repair visit orders
負(fù)責(zé)在線指導(dǎo)用戶解決故障現(xiàn)象,提供遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支持或安排維修工單;
3.Handle use guidance and maintenance needs, enable better product use experience along the whole product lifecycle.
受理用戶使用保養(yǎng)需求,幫助消費(fèi)者更好地體驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品。
People qualification:
人員要求:
1. Full time college degree or above
統(tǒng)招大專及以上學(xué)歷;
2. Standard Mandarin, good communication skills, great execution skills
普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具備良好的溝通及執(zhí)行能力;
3. Proficient in computer operation, with a typing speed of over 30 words/minute;
電腦操作熟練,打字速度在30字/分鐘以上;
4. Patient and meticulous, responsive, with a high sense of customer service
耐心細(xì)致,反應(yīng)靈敏,有較高的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí);
5. Customer service experience is preferred.
有電話客服經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
