1. Completes broad scope of technical tasks including Instructing customers on-site installation/ commissioning, fault analysis, maintenance, drive systems technical evaluation etc.

2. Technical supports customer remotely and onsite, responsible for technical clarification according to customer requirements from service order, and make good cooperation with customers, service admin team and service provider.
為客戶提供遠程或現場技術支持,針對客戶的升級改造需求或備件需求與客戶進行技術澄清,與客戶、服務管理團隊和現場服務提供方保持良好合作
3. Responsible for technical issue of in-house repair, participant in on-site investigation for special customer service case ,perform field service if necessary.
負責室內維修技術相關話題、針對設備異常損壞事件,參與現場調查,必要時提供現場服務。
4. Check and review the service report from service provider and make warranty judgement if necessary.
檢查和審查服務提供商提供的服務報告,必要時作出保修判斷。
5. Timely feedback on product quality issues, support to improve product/service quality and performance in cooperation with other departments, 及時反映客戶現場產品質量問題,并支持產品和服務質量的改進。
崗位要求:
1. Be familiar with industry drives, e.g., topology, application, commissioning etc.
熟悉工業變頻器,例如: 硬件拓撲,現場應用、調試等
2. 2 years’ experience of Electrical Drives product design or system design or commissioning or maintenance is preferred.

3. Knowing CS service scope and process well
