WHO YOU ARE
? You are a quick learner with good communication skills and time management skills
? You are good at oral and written English, and you have basic accounting/tax knowledge
as well as good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE
? Be responsible for store daily sales and accounts receivable booking
? Reconcile store sales AR account on monthly basis, follow up and resolve
outstanding items timely
? Be responsible for fixed assets accounting
? Be responsible for payroll accounting
? Be responsible for bank booking and perform bank accounts reconciliation on
monthly basis
? Be responsible for inter-company rein voice and reconciliation
? Support other GL work for period closing
? Support finance or business projects and process improvement
? Other ad-hoc tasks
