職責描述：
1.Responsible for PPAP documents preparation(CP, PPK, MSA, gauge list…) and Quality work handling in new project；(Inspection Instruction, inspection plan, safe launch instruction, CP, problem solving on site)
負責新項目投產的PPAP文件準備（控制計劃編制，過程能力研究，測量系統MSA，量檢具清單等）和質量工作處理（檢查計劃及作業指導書編制，安全投產作業指導書編制，控制計劃編制，現場問題解決）
2.Responsible for Quality work handling for new equipment; (CMK, Acceptance,PSO)
負責新設備的質量工作處理；（CMK研究，驗收和釋放）
3.Responsible for Gauge management for new project; (Gauge design and purchasing, gauge method training)
負責新項目檢具管理；（檢具設計和采購，檢具使用方法培訓）
4.Responsible for quality control, quality problem solving and continuous quality improvement after SOP, including training the QC
負責量產后產品的質量控制，質量問題解決和質量持續提升工作，包含對現場檢測人員的培訓工作
5.Responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual product audit plan
負責年度產品審核的計劃編制及執行
6.Support to investigate and deal with customer complaints related to process
支持調查與處理與過程相關的客戶投訴問題

任職要求：
1.Bachelor and above, prefer major in material and mechanism . 自動化、機械等相關專業，學士或以上學位。
2.2-5 years work experience in quality management of machining process . 2-5年機加過程的質量管理經驗。
3.Familiar with casting/machining/Plating,etc.熟悉鑄造、機加、電鍍等生產工藝。
4.Familiar with and able to use five quality tools;熟悉并能夠運用質量五大工具。
5.Familiar with 8D,A3, 6-Sigma and other quality problem solving tools; 熟練運用8D,A3,6-sigma等質量問題解決工具。
6.Good in both oral and written English. 良好的英語讀寫能力。
7.Can work under pressure and growing up with your employer. Good personal communication skill and solid team work spirit. 能承受一定的工作壓力，愿與公司共同成長。良好的人際交往能力及團隊工作精神。
附加要求：
Have work in joint venture or foreign venture company. Europe will be good. 有合資企業和外資工作經驗，特別是歐洲企業經驗為佳。
