Senior Investigator: experienced professional responsible for conducting and supporting internal investigations. Reporting to the General Counsel - Anticorruption, this individual will:
? Conduct and support internal investigations of potentially reportable incidents under the DPA, at the direction of in-house or external counsel
? Prepare investigation plans at the direction of counsel and execute to those plans
? Collaborate with the Investigations Center of Excellence on tracking the status of potentially reportable incidents in the investigations management platform (HR Acuity)
? Preserve and collect relevant electronically stored information in compliance with Honeywell policies and procedures
? Conduct witness interviews of Honeywell employees or third parties and draft interview summaries
? Support presentations to internal stakeholders on the DPA Committee regarding potentially reportable incidents
Required Skills/Qualifications:
? 5-10 years’ experience conducting complex, cross-border internal investigations at large corporations
? Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
? Ability to conduct independently conduct internal investigations
? Previous experience conducting investigations in the context of a DPA/Monitorship is a plus
