1、依據公司營運標準和客服政策,組織制定年度、季度、月度計劃,通過定期巡視、監督,有效管理所屬部門和發展團隊,以提供規范化、標準化、高品質的會員服務。
According to the operation standards and service policies, complete annual, quarterly, and monthly plans; effectively manage and develop the team by regular inspection and supervision to ensure standardized and high-quality member service.
2、在公司各項政策程序的指引下,協助總經理有效管理店內各區域,促進、評估和控制店內營運,協調綜合關系以使商店銷售和利潤;傳播和推廣公司文化,管理和發展員工, 確保團隊提供良好的會員服務。
Under the guidance of the company policy and procedure, assist GM to manage the areas in club effectively, Improving, Evaluating and Controlling club operation, Coordinating synthetically relation to maximize the sales and profitability of the club; Promoting and implementing the company culture, manage and develop people. Ensure the teams provide high quality members’ service.
3、根據店內銷售目標、營運標準及相關政策,有效管理所屬部門及發展團隊,確保高的質量顧客服務;有效組織店內制定和實施商品促銷和銷售計劃;協調各部門區域的運營,傳遞、解釋和執行公司服務政策,確保高質量的顧客服務和順暢運作,確保所屬部門的銷售、毛利和庫存的計劃執行和安全衛生標準的達成。
To achieve club sales objective, operation standards and policies, effectively manage and develop his/her department, ensure high quality member service; effectively complete and implement promotion, sales plans within the club; coordinate with club’s department and areas, explain and execute the member service policy to ensure quality member service and smooth operation. Execute the implementation of department sales, gross profit, inventory control plans and hygiene standards.
4、宣導公司文化,依據公司的銷售戰略、服務戰略及相關政策,協助總經理有效制定商場會籍銷售計劃;調動團隊成員挖掘市場商機,促使會籍銷售;傳播和推廣公司文化,管理和發展員工確保團隊提供良好的會員服務。
Disseminate the company culture. Execute company policy and regulations, implement retail and sales strategies; Assist GM to effectively work out the membership sales plan, motivate the team to explore the market opportunity to the maximum extent; Promoting and implementing the company culture, manage and develop people. Ensure the teams provide high quality members’ service.
