1．在ERP系統中接受國內外ODM訂單并及時向海外供應商下達采購訂單

2．跟進ODM需求變化并協調供應商交期以確保及時到貨

4． 協助財務部門處理財務報表中應收應付賬款的異常

要求：

1．本科及以上學歷

2．英文CET以上，口頭及書面溝通流利，能在全英文環境下辦公

3． 熟練操作office軟件，尤其是excel各種公式/函數，適應大量數據操作

4．有責任心能配合項目要求按時完成各項工作安排

5．細心、耐心，自律能力學習能力強

6．英文/國際貿易專業及有ODM經驗者優先

7． 會VBA/SQL/Python/Power BI/Power Automate等優先




· 1.Cooperate with HP suppliers and ODMs on system order operation for B/S components


· 2.Follow up with ODMs’ requirement and negotiate with supplier to meet AOS target


· 3.Cooperate with commodity manager and planner to ensure data accuracy in ERP system


· 4.Resolve financial exceptional items


· 5.Continuously improve efficiency


· 6.Coordinate department’s administrative matters



7. Physical Count at ODM factory or supplier site on monthly basis
