The RoleYour mission is combined by Proposal function and Project function, it is to coordinate the project enquiries, working closely together with the sales team and preparing competitive application solutions. You will be part of the sales process and also project implementation, responsible for ensuring the best technical solutions are provided that fulfill Atlas Copco targets regarding, customer satisfaction, quality, on-time delivery etc.?What you can expect from us??Get full competence from marketing, sales, project managment.?What we expect of you??Proposal phase:Providing a saleable solution for End-user with a manageable budget.Evaluating customer “Request for Quotation” requirements and customer specifications.Risk review and mitigationPreparation of the technical proposal working together with ACA resourcesValidating our product offering to meet the RFQ requirement and other Atlas Copco targetsContract reviewsProject Implement phase:Executing projects according to the Atlas Copco project process and reaching the project goals for cost, scope, time, quality and customer satisfactionCoordinating teams assigned to the projects and acting as the main point of contact.Work in close cooperation with sales, service and project team in ACAHandling change requests during project implementationCommunicating project progress both internally and externally in a timely manner Monitoring project progress compared to the project goals and process, and making corrections or time adjustments to reach these goalsEnsuring the customer requirements are met and that Final Acceptance is achieved?EducationB.S. Degree or above with engineering backgroundExperience?Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures?Experience in understanding and defining customer needs.?Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering related field?Minimum 2 years of project management experience?PMP certification is a plusKnowledge?Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments are a plus?Understanding of competition and product positioning?Good knowledge about project management tools, theory and goal setting?Understanding of mechanical/electrical/software design?MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Lotus NotesLanguage Fluent (spoken
