3. above 6 years working experience as industrial designer
4. broad knowledge of design techniques, materials and manufacturing processes
5. very creative, excellent sketching skills, ability to think abstract
6. up to date with chinese and european design trends
7. experience in graphics and interface design
8. fluent in written and spoken english/with international background is required
