1. Coordinate the relationship between suppliers and the company, establish reliable and optimal supply sourcing system.
1. 協調供應商與公司的關系,建立可靠、最優的供應配套體系。
2. Evaluate supplier structure, propose supplier development plan and optimize supplier team, and guide purchasing engineer to implement.
2. 針對所負責的供應商,提出供應商開發計劃,優化供應商隊伍,并指導供應鏈工程師相應地去完成。
3. Participate and guide purchasing engineer to select and evaluate suppliers.

4. Business negotiation, terms confirmation and approval (price, payment period, delivery date...)
4. 商務談判和條款的確認和審批(價格、帳期、交貨期…)。
5. Evaluate supplier’s quality capacity, cooperate with QAD to solve and improve supplier quality issue.
5. 評估供應商的質量能力,配合質保部門處理和改善供應商質量問題。
6. Evaluate supplier’s production capacity, continuously shorten supplier delivery time.

7. Analyze cost structure of materials and products, look for and identify opportunities for cost improvement and implement them.

8. Assist Department Manager and supervisor to training purchasing engineers.

9. Establish and improve quality assurance system, environmental protection and occupational health system, manage and control documents related purchase, quality assurance system, safety and health, and environmental protection system.
9. 建立和完善質保體系、環保、職業健康體系, 管理和控制部門與采購、質保體系、安全衛生、環保體系相關的文件信息。

11. Do well in communication and cooperation with all relevant departments, coordinate the relationship between purchasing and other relevant departments, and provide comprehensive services.

13. Implement company's safety and environmental protection management system; Identify the hazard sources of functional block, identify, evaluate and update the environmental factors, and supervise the effective implementation of the objectives and management plans.
13. 執行公司的安全衛生環保管理制度;對功能塊的危險源進行辨識和環境因素的識別、評價和更新,并負責監督目標和管理方案的有效實施。
14. Comply with company ethical policy, company system, policies and procedures, and comply with the quality requirements related to the functional block.

15. To improve communication and cooperation with the relevant departments.
