Docking work for mold transfer work at the time of introduction of foreign products;
國外產品導入時模具轉移工作的對接工作；
Design of mold drawings and ancillary parts, mold flow analysis, management and transfer of drawings;
模具圖紙極其附屬件的設計、模流分析、圖紙的管理及傳遞；
Continuous improvement of mold effectiveness and optimization of mold structure to continuously reduce costs and improve product quality;
模具使用效果的持續(xù)改進以及模具結構優(yōu)化，以不斷降低成本及提升產品質量；
Develop and management of systems for monitoring process parameters for mold preparation
開發(fā)和管理監(jiān)控模具準備工藝參數的系統(tǒng)
Monitor internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls
監(jiān)控內部和外部質量數據和支持失敗的根本原因分析、制定和執(zhí)行解決質量缺陷的措施
Maintain Manufacturing Control Plans
維護制造過程的控制計劃
Track / review process capabilities
跟蹤/檢查過程能力
Make and Issue work instruction，support process training
編制和發(fā)布作業(yè)指導書，支持車間工藝培訓。
崗位要求：
材料成型及控制工程，模具設計及相關專業(yè)
大學本科及以上學歷
專業(yè)軟件應用能力：熟悉Magma的應用，熟悉UG、Proe、或者Soldworks畫圖軟件。
