7.Spare parts processing follow up and tracking for new project 對新設備的備件采購及跟蹤

崗位要求：
5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive business
5年以上汽車行業制造工程行業設備維修經驗。
bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大學本科學歷，工程機械類相關專業
Familiar with FANUC CNC working principles and operation
熟悉發那科數控系統工作原理及操作方法
Familiar with common mechanical transmission principles and trouble shooting for the components.
熟悉常見機械傳動件原理及故障處理方法
Know common equipment principles and keypoint, make WI and SOP.
掌握生產設備狀態和分析方法，掌握設備的原理和維修要點，能制定有效的指導文件和說明。
Knowhow of hydraulic electrical lubrication and penumatic principle
了解液壓 電氣 潤滑和氣動原理
Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part. Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving.
熟悉常見品牌部件和備件的作用和性能，能夠進行選型并制定和更新備件清單，掌握備件的驗收和質量知識并控制備件成本。
