Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Report to: Central Service Workshop Manager

Mission
Your mission is to manage and develop the reactive service and standard service businesses, promote the company's service value, achieve assigned business targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
您的使命是管理和開發售后維護服務及標準服務業務,提升公司的服務價值,實現指定的業務目標,并確保客戶滿意度。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Prepare and manage service repair/maintenance/calibration/spare parts etc. quotations for responsible customers per KPI set-up.
61 Cooperate with the zone service sales to implement CCOF initiative to achieve the sales target and develop business scope.
61 Cooperate with the company 400 hotline to follow up the service business related questions and needs and identify or transform business opportunities.
61 Work according to Atlas Copco and customer’s standard to closely follow the quotes and communicate with customer to decrease customer confirm TAT and improve quotation hit rate.
61 Coordinate with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling).
61 Follow up customer complains and track the results timely.
61 Maintain customer master data and price pricing structure provide sales support by request.
61 Work with internal and external partner to promote service value.
61 Provide support on staff training and monthly report of sales data analysis.
61 Support continously building on a One company culture where the whole ITBA organization drives Customer Centricity and where we are successful together, collaborate within One Company structure and deliver value-added service.
61 Responsible for the assets registered under your name.
61 Continuously learning to upgrade the competence.
