5.Deeply clean organization and tracking 深度清潔組織：計(jì)劃/實(shí)施/遺留問(wèn)題后續(xù)狀態(tài)跟蹤
6.All maintenance actions plan collection and tracking 維修部全部行動(dòng)計(jì)劃匯總及狀態(tài)跟蹤
7.Spare parts processing follow up and tracking for new project 對(duì)新設(shè)備的備件采購(gòu)及跟蹤
8、Update the reasonable stock of spare parts （Maximum and minimum inventory） 更新備件的合理庫(kù)存量(***、最低庫(kù)存量)

崗位要求：
5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive business
5年以上汽車(chē)行業(yè)制造工程行業(yè)設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，工程機(jī)械類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)
Familiar with FANUC CNC working principles and operation
熟悉發(fā)那科數(shù)控系統(tǒng)工作原理及操作方法
Familiar with common mechanical transmission principles and trouble shooting for the components.
熟悉常見(jiàn)機(jī)械傳動(dòng)件原理及故障處理方法
Know common equipment principles and keypoint, make WI and SOP.
掌握生產(chǎn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)和分析方法，掌握設(shè)備的原理和維修要點(diǎn)，能制定有效的指導(dǎo)文件和說(shuō)明。
Knowhow of hydraulic electrical lubrication and penumatic principle
了解液壓 電氣 潤(rùn)滑和氣動(dòng)原理
Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part. Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving.
