Major Responsibilities:
1.0202Yearly make the related action plan according to the management goal of dealers.
2.0202Participate in the process of signing the sales agreement with dealers and supervise the implement.
3.0202Participate in the dealers’ daily sales work and help them reach the sales goal with customers.
4.0202Visit dealers regularly and know the status of the service and sales in time. Help dealers make related action plan.
5.0202According to the “agreement of dealer parts and service sales”, supervise the regional dealers to achieve the goal and give advice on rewards and punishments and make the related improvement measures.
6.0202Participate in and supervise the execution of authorized service dealer’s batch delivery and propose suggestion.
7.0202Participate in communication with dealers and handle complaints and conflicts.
8.0202Regularly arrange trainings for dealer sales engineers’ sales and service ability.
9.0202Supervise the illegal behavior of dealers then suggest and execute the punishment.
10.02According to the credit rating and limit of dealers, follow up the condition of dealers’ receivables.
11.02Coordinate the cooperation of interregional dealers.
12.02Promote the use of aftermarket dealer info system.

Requirements:02
1.0202University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.02
2.0202More than 2 years experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 1-2 years experience in compressor industry.
3.0202Good computer skills including Microsoft series.
4.0202Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
5.0202Willing to travel.

023.良好的計算機技能,包括微軟系列。
