Accountabilities
Support Workstream Leaders on managing time, cost, resources and quality data.Manage workstream macro planning, work breakdown structures, action log.Manage and update Risk and Opportunity, support on mitigations.Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews.Support on project/workstream meetings.PM process and tools implementation management.
