Provide accurate forecast regularly and update SFDC in a timely manner Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in engineering ? A minimum of 3 years experience in sales (previously direct sales with key account mgt experience) ? Experience in working for MNC's and in matrix organizations ? Experience working in several industries / areas: Appliance, power tool, industry, sensor experience is preferred ? Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity ? Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership ? Ability to develop strong relationships independently with key or new targeted customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate CTQs into Honeywell solutions to customer! ? Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers ? Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural, global business environment ? Good in English reading and writing, and able to communicate in English orally ? Willingness to travel (approximately 50% - 60%)
