3.條件突出者推薦申請國家“博新計劃”和上海市“超級博士后計劃”，該兩項計劃入選者，每人每年收入30 萬元，共資助 2 年，“博新計劃” 獲得者另有 20 萬元博士后科學基金經(jīng)費。
